Simon Cooper

Working with Quidem Productions and research and consulting firm Change Agency, Simon Cooper combines advising sustainability initiatives with independent film and radio production. He spent 25 years as a broadcaster and senior radio executive, including periods as HR director and communications director at Classic FM and GWR Group, now Global Radio. For nine years he was chair of the Encounters Film Festival in Bristol. He now sits on the boards of At-Bristol and the Bristol Chamber of Commerce and Initiative and is non-executive communications director of Bristol and Bath Regional Capital, the social enterprise funder. He is a member of the Society of Merchant Venturers and a trustee of MusicSpace, the music therapy charity. He was one of the founders of The Hub, a social enterprise workspace in Bristol.
