Richard Marsh

Richard Marsh is Programme Director, Bristol Temple Quarter. Bristol Temple Quarter, one of the largest urban regeneration projects in the UK, sits right in the heart of Bristol. Covering over 100 hectares of land and with Bristol Temple Meads at its core, it is home to a wide range of projects and initiatives that will see the area transformed into a vibrant new city quarter, with a mix of employment, residential and leisure uses. Marsh has overall responsibility for ensuring that development within Temple Quarter delivers against key objectives including job growth, housing delivery and infrastructure improvements. He joined the team in 2017 and brings experience of leading significant regeneration projects within other local government organisations and of commercial development within the private sector.
