Ed Rowberry is founding chief executive of Bristol and Bath Regional Capital (BBRC) where he focuses on strategy, delivery and investment raising. He originally trained as a chartered accountant at KPMG. He has over 20 years combined experience in the commercial property, financial services and affordable housing sectors including the management of FCA-regulated commercial property funds. He volunteers as non-executive chair of the homelessness charity Julian House, which has an active social enterprise subsidiary Julian House Trading. He is also a non-executive director of the social enterprise Bristol Together, which has successfully raised and deployed £1.6m of social investment and helped 60 ex-offenders gain work through its property development model.
