Danielle Sinnett

Danielle Sinnett is an Associate Professor in the Centre for Sustainable Planning and Environments at the University of the West of England, Bristol. An environmental scientist by training she has 15 years’ experience of green infrastructure research examining the benefits of green infrastructure and aspects related to its delivery on brownfield and contaminated land, and in the urban environment. She has received funding from a number of the UK’s Research Councils, Innovate UK and the European Commission. She has also written guidance on green infrastructure and was the lead academic on the development of the Building with Nature benchmark for green infrastructure.
